Assess
We start by understanding what's actually true today — the constraints, the debt, and what has previously stalled progress — rather than starting from an assumed blank slate.
Design
We design for what's maintainable and governable, not just what demos well. Decisions are recorded, not implied.
Deliver
We deliver incrementally and hand over deliberately, so outcomes are sustained after we leave rather than dependent on us staying.
How we resource delivery
Timcliffe selects a delivery and commercial model per engagement, rather than fixing every client to one pattern. Depending on what the work needs, that may include:
- Outcome- and statement-of-work-based delivery
- Milestone and deliverable-based delivery
- Time and materials
- A multidisciplinary specialist delivery team, assembled per engagement
- Specialist augmentation of a client's own team
- Advisory and consulting
We assemble the specialist team an engagement needs — drawing on employees, consultants, contractors, associates, subcontractors, and delivery partners as appropriate. The engagement is always contracted with, and remains accountable to, Timcliffe.
